#computers

(...) Thinking this way will teach you two things about computers: One, there’s no magic, no matter how much it looks like there is. There’s just work to make things look like magic. And two, it’s crazy in there.

Do not use humans for jobs computers can do better — this is a waste of human energy and creativity, the only real resource on this planet, and demeans the human spirit.

That’s what’s cool about working with computers. They don’t argue, they remember everything, and they don’t drink all your beer.

Computers are like bikinis. They save people a lot of guesswork.

A computer lets you make more mistakes faster than any other invention in human history, with the possible exceptions of handguns and tequila.

Machines should work. People should think.
